Ask A Librarian
In Person
Our staff will be happy to help you locate materials, look up information, show you how to
use the library catalog, familiarize you with our electronic resources, provide reading suggestions,
and explain library policies and procedures. Please stop by our first-floor Reference desk or the
second-floor Children's desk. Librarians are available during all hours
that we are open.
By Telephone
To ask reference questions by telephone, please call the Reference Desk at 262-524-3682, or
the Children's Department at 262-524-3692, during regular library hours.
By E-mail
The library's e-mail service provides information about library policies and procedures,
as well as answers to brief reference questions and requests for specific items.
We will provide an initial response within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, and on weekends as possible.
Priority will be given to people residing in Waukesha County.
