Proctoring

With the increase in distance education, librarians are increasingly being asked to serve as proctors for examinations. We are willing to provide proctoring service for Waukesha County residents if the educational institution's proctoring requirements are compatible with our time constraints and other factors. We will accept written examinations that are accompanied by a self-addressed, postage-paid return envelope, but we are unable to accept emailed or faxed exams. We are also unable to act as a proctor for online exams. A private study room will be provided for the student to complete their exam.

Please contact the Reference Desk at 262-524-3682 for more information or click here to view a letter detailing our proctoring criteria. Many students find it helpful to provide this letter directly to their educational institution.
