about the teen zone

Funky SneakersTeens know there's lots of good stuff at the Waukesha Public Library library, from Dragon Ball Z books, to sports magazines, to CD's, to heart-throbbing teen romances, to action-packed movies, to the wide world of the Internet.

Materials for Teens

Teen novels & magazines, teen book lists, and informational books on teen problems & interests are located in the "Young Adult," or "YA" section in the 1st floor Teen Zone.

Study Rooms

Quiet study rooms are available on a first-come basis, with a sign-in at the Reference Desk.

Computers

The library has a number of workstations for searching the Internet and other subscription databases. Due to demand, time limits are necessary. Also, there is a small fee for printing. Click here for more information on the technology available in our building or here to view our "World Wide Web Access Policy."

What's New

Summer is on its way! Sign up for the Teen Summer Library Program starting June 8th! Teen only events and club meetings will be held all summer. Author Ilsa J.
